Amazing. If she can do it, I can too!

WIAT (What I Ate Today)
Asiago bagel with butter
Grilled cheese
Noodles, ham & cauliflower
Not bad overall. Had a full day training at work and I successfully avoided ordering a cheeseburger for lunch. Ideally I would have brought my own lunch, but not bad for eating out.

WIAT (What I Ate Today)
Hotdog with bun (Not a good lunch)
Popcorn (Thanks a lot car dealership!)
1/2 slice pepperoni pizza
ham, potato, asparagus, cauliflower stirfry
1 hard boiled egg
Not a perfect day, but not bad either considering we spent 5 hours at the car dealership being offered coffee and junk food.

I totally have the same issue with not liking fruits and veggies! I get around it by cheating on the fruit thing (drinking full fruit drinks/smoothies/etc) and eating the same veggies over and over in a million ways. I pretty much only like cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and asparagus so I eat some variation of it in almost every meal. I find it helps it I mask it or pair it with something I really do love, like eggs in the morning, sneaking it into a sandwich at lunch, and mixing it into a stirfry for dinner. For veggies, I make smoothies or drink Naked juice. I’m also looking into getting a Yonanas machine that turns fruits into delicious creamy treats.
